INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION AND START-UP

            Whether your on a new project at your facility or at an existing area of your plant, your process control equipment MUST function correctly, your future and your plants future depend on it. You need someone that's going to have to support and verify its proper operation.

            We'll be there with qualified, well trained technicians to assist you in maintaining your control system to the highest standards.

            Many of our Instrument technicians are Instrument Society of America - Certified Control System Technicians ( I.S.A - .C.C.S.T. ). We utilize N.I.S.T. traceable test equipment and instrumentation when performing calibrations on your process control items.

            We offer the ability to perform the calibrations at your location or at our facility. We provide complete, thorough documentation to support all the calibration work that we perform. Hard copy calibration sheets for your process instruments and control valves are turned over to you at the completion of the project, with floppy disk format available upon request. Any items not meeting the required specifications are immediately brought to the attention of the client for rectification. The calibration and documentation services that we provide help assist many of our customers to receive QS / ISO accreditation, which is becoming mandatory in many industries.

            Our technicians, typically during or after calibrating your Process Instrumentation on a new project, can perform loop checks and start up any of your instruments or control valves.

            We can perform a full loop check ( from field device to final end user ) or a " point to point " loop check. Our standard calibration sheets are utilized during this phase of operations and complete loop check documentation is provided on a daily basis.

            Start up support is one of the most critical items for the success of a project, small or large. By working and assisting your employees, we can make every effort that your project will meet or exceed your expectations. Complete on site training of your operators or other personnel can be readily performed so they can handle situations and diagnose problems more efficiently.
